I am Kirstin - a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator living in Windhoek, Namibia. My travels took me from studying and working in Cape Town in the entertainment industry to theatre training in America, Au Pairing in Europe and working and traveling as a masseuse and yoga teacher in East Africa and South-East Asia. In 2019 I settled in Koh Phangan, Thailand, for almost 5 years.
